My Killer Quarantine QUADS!
First and foremost-- I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy through this crazy time. I know this quarantine has been a huge adjustment for myself, and I am sure it has for you too. I definitely have a lot more time on my hands and have been trying to keep busy and productive. One thing I have been wanting to do is get into a fitness routine, and I thought this would be the perfect time to do that.
Obviously, gyms are closed... but honestly, I never loved going to the gym. I go, run on the treadmill for a few minutes, do a few machines, and then leave (usually feeling like "yes I am awesome, I worked out!!" even though I didn't really feel like I realllyyyyy had that good of a work out). I actually prefer these at home work outs over being at the gym, maybe that's just me. I don't feel pressured to look a certain way. I can throw on any silly work out outfit, do my work out, and be done!
Anyway, here are some of the work out videos I promised on my instagram I would share with you guys. They are the 20-30 minute HIIT videos from Self Magazine. They have been kicking my butt! Justin and I have been doing them together after he wraps up his work day and before dinner, and we feel accomplished!
I also wanted to share some of the at-home equipment we have! I have also been tracking everything through my apple watch!
